Roles and Responsibilities:
Dairy Management
Provide support to the IT Team members on maintaining ad managing key project meetings and the meeting location Acts as liaison between the business leaders and external stakeholders in communicating directives and information and following-up on the status of an assignment Calendar Management - Maintaining IT Team's calendar to showcase all key events that needs to be planned Meeting Management - Working closely with the Manager and IT Site Leads in scheduling/organizing meetings or conferance calls Travel Management - Support the IT team members in booking airfare, land transportation, hotel accommodation and other travel needs Expense Management - Submit and track expenses for reimbursement and respond to inquiries as necessary Workshop or Area Visit Plan - Provide assistance in planning the agenda, or workshops /area visits by handling the logistics of stay, food, and printing, etc. Documentation - Recording the minutes of the meeting with a clear emphasis on the key action points from the meeting. Maintaining the IT database and Sharepoint site to ensure all documentation are captured and organized for ease of access. Training Management - Provide support in setting up training by sending out invites, enabling cut-off point for training sessions, issuing confirmations and/or offering alternative dates.Supplement delegates with correct pre-work and sessuins. Tools Support and Administration - Administrative support o various internal/external tools used across IT Staff in indifferent offices. Data Processing and Administration - Data capture, processing and administration of business information Transciption - Business Transciption of recorded meetings, events, conferences, etc. Correspondence Management - Upholds the company' corporate image in receiving and screening incoming calls, mails and visitors while determining priority and urgency. Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Minimum of 2 years College in any Course Related time management skills Has attention to details and has the ability to work systematically Strong customer service orientation
