Job Description:
Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Maintain contact lists Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Maintain a filing system Order office supplies Book travel arrangements Submit and reconcile expense reports Provide general support to visitors Provide information by answering questions and requests Take dictation Research and creates presentations Generate reports Engaging with clients Coordinate and assisting in arranging events if needed Minimum Qualifications:
At least 6 months of experience though fresh grads are welcome to apply Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course Should be fluent on the English language Should know the basics of Microsoft Excel and Word Can be assigned either at QC site or at McKinley Taguig site Should be a team player and be able to handle multi-tasking Should be willing to be assigned to any shift Should be willing to render overtime if needed Should not have any behavioral or psychological conditions Has good presentation skills Keen to details
