KEY FUNCTION:
Responsible in the performance of general administrative and clerical functions in operations teams and provides secretarial support to the SVP for Project Development. Help in ensuring a smooth flow of office operations in the department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides secretarial support to the department
Handles travel arrangements of the SVP for Project Development and of the operations team
Ensure billing statement of travel and properly endorse to the Finance and Accounting for payment.
Assist in the preparation of vehicle trip ticket request whenever employees attend meetings within Metro Manila
Help route documents for approval
Manage requests and replenishment of office supplies
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management or any 4-year related course
At least 3 years of experience in office management works or secretarial functions
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
