* Help purchaser to canvass, create PO and send to supplier which offer the best price
- Create and send bidding to business partner/client
- Coordinates to supplier/ clients
- Preparation of delivery documents/materials such as DR (delivery receipt) & printing of box labels
- Booking of delivery thru company's transportify/ grab account
- Weekly monitoring of Clients' PO thru SAP (erp software) to make sure that all are served/delivered timely
