Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Minimum of atleast 1-2 Yrs working experience specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Office Administration, Trustworthy, Attentive & Critical to details
Will handle project site activities
Scheduling of meetings of superiors, Taking minutes of the meeting
Handling transportation for employees
In charge on Documentation and Correspondences
Handling Project Site's Petty Cash
Transactions with employees, sub-contractors, suppliers, clients, etc.
