Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder.
At least 4-5 years of admin experience.
Willing to report in the office from Monday to Friday.
Has experience in Taxation and Accounting is big advantage.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Fill up Official Receipts, Collection Receipts, and other mandatory forms to be issued to clients, and coordinate with the Accounting Manager.
Resolution of subcontractor invoicing queries and account reviews.
Process orders: delivery dates, partial deliveries, etc.
Coordinate with the logistic department deliveries and returns of material.
