Job Purpose:
Administrative Staff provide support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
2.Has knowledge and experience with inventory of assets and equipment.
Experience of at least 3 to 6 months with the ff;
- Manual counting/tallying
- Barcode scanning
- Receiving and distribution

3.Has background or experience with Purchasing (purchase orders) and Inventory management

4.Must be willing to do manual lifting with aid of carts/trolleys

5.Willing to work in a shifting schedule or graveyard shift

6.Can communicate well in Tagalog and can understand messages in English

Qualifications:

- At least a graduate of BS Business Administration or any related course.
- Experience in a call center industry is a plus but not required.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently under pressure or tight schedule.
- Must be able to start IMMEDIATELY.
- Must be willing to work on site (Ortigas, Pasig City)
