Greeting visitors, answering telephone calls, responding and handling queries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manages the administrative tasks to support the efficiency of the office operations and facilitates the smooth running of the office.
- Ensure office supplies are properly maintained, including checking inventory and ordering of supplies as needed; responsible for negotiating the price, quality and delivery.
- Conferring with the accounting and materials department to help make and process payments, and verifying receipts of purchases.
- Prepare purchase requisition to replenish common stocks that have reached its rendering point.
- Receive deliveries, sorting, and distributing it to the concerned department or personnel; check and ascertain its compliance on the specifications, indent or purchase orders.
- Coordinates with the external providers in requesting quotations and other documents; arranging deliveries' schedules; and sending copy of purchase orders and proof of payments.
- Maintain records, prepare reports and composes correspondences.
- Assisting the Admin Supervisor in monitoring and filing of insurance's registration, renewal, and claims both for personnel and equipment.
- Perform other task pertaining to procurement and project coordination.
- Provide standard clerical works as assigned such as printing, copying, faxing, and mailing.
- Coordinates with the project site's Admin department to provide general admin support, as necessary.
- Attend meetings and record minutes, as needed.
- Perform other tasks requested by the immediate superior.
**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
