Job SummaryThe Administrative Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating the office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
Develops and implements existing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the office operations;
Formulates new office policies and procedures as needed;
Manages office services by ensuring that office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed and supply requisitions are reviewed and based on budget;
Ensures office financial objectives are met by preparing the annual budget for the office and planning the office expenditures (i.e. maintenance);
Manages contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease;
Allocates tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitors their performances;
Participates actively in the planning of company events (i.e. Team building, Quarterly Employee Bonding, Christmas Party, etc.);
Ensures office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems;
Ensures filing systems are maintained and current;
Other administrative tasks related that will be assigned by the Management.

Required Experience
Must be a college graduate of any field;
Must have at least 10 to 15 years’ work experience as Administrative Manager;
Experience in the construction industry is an advantage;
Amenable to work in Quezon CityJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php50,000.00 to Php75,000.00 /hourExperience:

Administrative: 10 years (Required)
Management: 5 years (Required)
working in Construction Industry: 5 years (Required)
