Job Description:
Responsible for the timely and efficient provision of the company’s general services administration (sanitation, security and safety, facilities planning and maintenance and renovation utilities, procurement and inventory management), asset and property management, lease, rental and renovation. Process all work requiring permits for the purpose of ensuring compliance with regulations in the construction of new extension offices. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant local governmental bureaus, agencies and authorities. Handle basic renewals of permits, etc. related to general company operations and/or workplace safety compliances. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field. Preferably Male At least 2 years’ experience in general service administration Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills. Good oral and written communication in English
