Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY The Marketing Admin Assistant will be in charge of providing administrative support to the Marketing Department
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Performs administrative and office support to the Marketing Department. Facilitate and coordinate marketing related concerns (meeting requests, schedules, travel arrangements, etc.) to target subjects and/or groups. Assist in uploading marketing materials to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites and ensuring its accuracy. Assist in managing social media sites and monitor daily posts. Assists in monitoring budgets, budget requests and handling payments and ensure that everything is done in a timely manner. Assist in monitoring of promos and marketing programs. Coordinate and help follow up layouts, videos, etc. to the creative department and other marketing related matters to concerned people. Ensuring that marketing databases and files are organized and up to date. Assists in market research. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications:
A. EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Marketing, Advertising and/or Communications, Business, or its equivalent.
B. SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures.
Good in budget management.
Good stress and time management.
Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
C. WORK EXPERIENCE
At least one (1) year work experience in Marketing and/or Administrative, Clerical, and Office support role is required for this position.
