**Responsibilities**:

- Daily review of vehicle requests and plan routes efficiently;
- Inform, coordinate and dispatch drivers based on transportation needs
- Update service vehicle database
- Record and accommodate drivers and passengers concerns;
- Review driver's logs and approves gas & toll reimbursement requests;
- Do transportation expenses analysis
- Perform other tasks assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
**Job Qualifications**:

- Graduate of any four-year course
- With at least 1 year experience related to transportation management
- Highly-organized with strong coordination skills; emphatic, people-oriented and has the ability to manage work under pressure

**Work Arrangement**:

- Six day work week (Monday to Saturday)
- From or willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig
