Admin Assistant Intern (Paid)

Due to continued growth, we are looking for or a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting various departments. You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, soucing of candidates and other HR activities as needed.
Manage full life-cycle recruitment for entry-level positions while maintaining accurate documentation of all candidates
Responsible for the coordination and management of job postings and advertisements.
Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects.
Other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service values and the ability to incorporate an exceptional level of customer service in all policies, procedures, and practices.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to be flexible, resourceful, and possess creative problem-solving skills.
