**Admin Assistant**
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- With at least 1-year relevant customer service experience,
- Flexible and fast in picking up instructions, analytical, willing to extend working hours
- Personable with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer proficient
- Must be Good Team Player, Resilient and Adaptable
- Having multi-tasking skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as back office sales support
- Assisting for preparation and sending price proposal to the customers
- Assist & attends to Customer inquiries and Sales Group concerns promptly
- Assist Sales Group in communicating relevant information needed by the clients
- Store and organize data in electronic form & maintain/manage customer sales database
- Canvassing and supplier sourcing as needed
- Create & processing of Order Form / SRF with accuracy & timeliness
- Handle the vendor accreditation form
- Assisting in Digital Marketing
- Manage and update supplier database
- Coordinate with the relevant department to ensure that needed info are being sent on a timely manner
- Assists in finding a potential new client and helping Sales Group to set an appointment
- Attend to meetings if requested.
Take minutes of the meeting
- Assist in facilitating, monitoring, coordinating and safekeeping of all Sales Admin related business permits
- Preparing budget requests and expenses reports
- Keeps track Sales Group member's whereabouts
- Maintains and keep up to-date files/records and reports and ensure all documents are properly filed and stored for reference of the Company.
- Performs other assigned tasks from time to time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
