Major Responsibilities:
1.
All necessary administrative assistance to the Property Manager and Client

2.
Timely submission of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Report

3.
Petty Cash Custodian

4.
Assist property manager and clients on their inquiries

5.
Administrative compliance monitoring

Minor Responsibilities:
1.
Assists in preparation and presentation of monthly reports

2.
Document custodian

3.
Biometrics / DTR Custodian

4.
Filing of administrative documents

5.
Assist Property Manager in meeting preparation

6.
Mandatory permit renewal and compliance

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
