Details of the offer

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good at dealing with numbers and processing financial information
- Ability to problem solve, take initiative and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook
- Prefer a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Ability to manage stress in a fact pace work environment
- Must have a strong work ethic and able to work as a team or independently
- Completes all necessary collection activity to ensure payments are correct and made in accordance with terms
- Process customer/insurance invoices
- Proactively research and resolve billing issues and questions.
- Audits accuracy and completeness of all documentation to ensure billing are accurate
- Submits billings to client accurately and ensure all appropriate documentation is included
- Addresses all overdue accounts by identifying the problem, communicating with the internal account manager and client and/or re-billing as appropriate
- Process daily deposit of payments received
- Contact clients via phone and/or email to update status of accounts and collect overdue payments
- Maintain all appropriate filing systems to ensure completeness of data
- Working within team, ensure daily goals are achieved.
- Other administrative duties may be assigned as business conditions change
- Efficient and accurate use of office equipment, including fax machine, copier, postage meter, and computer.
