Job Responsibilities:
• Maintains executives’ agenda and assists in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
• Attends meetings, logs time and keeps record of important information
• Receives and screens phone calls and redirects them when appropriate
• Handles confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure
• Conducts research and prepares presentations or reports as assigned
• Responds timely to buyer/lessee inquiries through phone calls and emails.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and has basic computer skills.
Job Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant / Administrative
• Has exposure to various administrative, business, human resource functions and good interpersonal skills
• Has pleasing personality
• Has good command in both oral and written communications
• Can work under minimum supervision
• Full time position available
