Must have prior experience in the same field
Must be knowledgeable in database management and administration
Must be able to manage and maintain executive schedules such as appointments, travel arrangements and other meetings
Must be able to record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meeting
Must be able to handle and manage all incoming calls
Must be highly organized and with keen attention to details
Must be resourceful and have initiative and common sense
Must be able to maintain a harmonious relationship with clients and co-workers
Must have a good command of the English language both oral and written
Must be pleasant with strong interpersonal skills cutting across all levels of an organization
Must be adaptable and flexible
Must be a team player
Must be self-starter, goal and results-oriented and hard working
Must be willing to work long hours
