**The opportunity
**The Activation Officer will partners and collaborate with the Sales Management Team in achievement of Active Agent Numbers through Consultation with Agency Leaders and implementation of the company's Activation-Related Programs and Initiatives focused on Mindanao.
**Responsibilities**:

- Partners and collaborates with the Sales Management Team in achievement of Active Agent Numbers through Consultation with Agency Leaders and implementation of the company's Activation-Related Programs and Initiatives
- Provide Direction to Agency Leaders as to how Active Agent Numbers will be achieved and will grow consistently in the area/s of assignment
- Conducts and Implements Activation-Related Initiatives specifically for Rookie and Sophomore Insurance Advisers
- Develops, Identifies and Implements Activation-Related Programs geared towards driving and improving growth in 1-Month Active Agent Count and 3-Months Active Agent Count
