Accounts Receivables Associate

Job Description:
Maintains billing systems. Generates invoices and account statements. Performs account reconciliations. Produce monthly financial and management reports. Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivables account; verifying details and preparing reports. Prepare receivables, invoices and bank deposits. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in BS Accountancy, preferably with Professional CPA license but not required. Knowledgeable of General Accounting principles. With at least 2 years of experience in the same field. Be proficient in use of MS Office 2007 or later, particularly Excel, Word, PPT. Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
