Job Responsibilities
Posting of customer payments by recording cash and checks
Update receivable by totaling unpaid invoices
Verifying and posing receipts and resolving any discrepancies
Growing relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past due accounts
Monitor and collect Accounts Receivable and customer payment for follow up
Preparing monthly reports

Qualificationso Graduate of Accounting and/or Financial course or equivalento Proven experience of 1 – 2 year as Accounts receivable staffo Competency in MS Office, Excel, databases and accounting softwareo Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reportso Accuracy and attention to detailo Aptitude for numberso Ability to perform filing and record keeping taskso Well organizedJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: Php10,000.00 to Php15,000.00 /monthExperience:accounts receivable: 1 year (Preferred)
