The person in charge will have coordination with White Product Purchasing team and different Station Personnel - to ensure product receiving are recorded on time and supporting documents are provided for on a timely manner to support scheduled payment processing
- Performs recording and validation of Product Delivery divert / swapping and Product Tapping.
- Does and maintain files of assigned Supplier's delivery documents
- Perform adhoc reports as necessary.
