JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist company's management in the accounts receivable process.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist in the daily accounts receivable activities
- Monitor outstanding account balances
- Generate invoices and credit memos
- Analyze and reconcile customer accounts
- Assist with monthend closing activities
- Work closely with Sales Department
- Responsible for processing payments and maintaining accurate records
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- BS degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Proven experience as accounts receivable assistant
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures
- Data entry skills
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
