**JOB SUMMARY**:
Main responsibility is to present management's best estimate of the amount of accounts receivable that will not be paid by customers and properly match projected bad debt against related sale in the same period.
Expected to uphold established AR-related business procedures?and controls,?and?actively engage in?process improvements, therefore?allowing management to obtain?reliable and relevant corporate financial accounting and reporting?information?useful for decision making.
**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish and monitor reserve accounts.
- Calculate should-be reserve for accounts receivables based on credit risk and aging.
- Monitor movement of accounts and work with O2C Teams for proper treatment.
- Ensure accuracy of AR-related GL accounts.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analyze, determine and prepare the necessary adjustments, reclasses and accruals via journal entries.
- Support other functions.
- Provide flux analysis, AR rollforward and AR aging on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis to the Country Accounting and Reporting teams for their balance sheet reviews.
- Liaise with auditors during audits.
- Continuous improvements.
- Initiate process improvement projects.
- Coordinate with Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team for any system related improvements and issues.
**COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES**:

- Proficient in Excel Spreadsheet development, including the ability to create formulas and schedules.
- Should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and be a strong communicator (both written and oral).
- Keen to details and analytical.
- Has a background in general accounting operations and GL accounting.
- Change adaptive, willing to learn and not afraid to try new things.
**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS**:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking or Finance
