Position: Accounts Payable Team Lead
Salary: P 50,000 to P 85,000
Location: Pasig City
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Languages Required: English & Filipino
Requirements:
• Graduate of any 4 year Business course
• At least 5 years solid work experience in Finance/Accounting and least 3 years’ experience in Supervisory/Team Lead capacity
• Experience in Finance and Accounting Monthly Reporting and Analysis
• Preferably knowledge in any accounting system e.g. SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, JDE.
• Will be willing to work in Pasig City
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily process routines and provide guidance & training to team in case of queries and issues and co-ordinate implementation of new improved processes and practices in Accounts Payable area
• Ensure closure of internal audits on control matters, compliance with accounting guidelines and controls and process adherence with SSC / Corporate guidelines.
• Monitor/Review the process performance on a continuous basis from a quality perspective
• Assess customer satisfaction levels and recommend improvement opportunities to the leadership on an ongoing basis
• Ensure that responsibilities and accountabilities with respect to processes are properly identified, agreed and communicated
• Assist SSC Director to set team targets and active involvement in team initiatives such as recruitment, providing onboarding training for new recruits, mentorship etc.
