Accounts Payable Staff

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Staff to join our team.
In this role, you will handle invoices, keep accurate records, and ensure vendors are paid on time.
The ideal candidate should have good data entry skills and a basic understanding of accounting to keep our financial records accurate.
Qualifications:
-Graduate of Accountancy or any 4-year business course
-1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or data entry roles.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
-Familiarity with accounting software and data entry systems.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
-Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
