Accounts Payable Staff

Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of business processes
• Business writing skills
• 1-3 years experience related to job title is advantage
• fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Duties & Responsibilities
• Reveiw all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Process 3 way P.O matching invoices
• Process check request
• Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Maintain files and socumentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the company policies and accepted accounting practices.
• Process outgoing payments, creating payable batches and printing checks
• Perform tasks may assigned from time to time
