**About the Role**

The Accounts Payable Specialist is a detail-oriented individual to control and monitor the company's expenses.
The specialist will be processing and verifying invoices, and performing account reconciliations.
This role directly reports to the Financial Controller, or his/her designate.
**What You'll Do**
- Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data
- Comparing system reports to balances and verifying entries and charging expenses to accounts and cost centers
- Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices separate entities and vendors
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts

**What You'll Need**
- Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, financial management or any other related field
- At least 2-3 years working experience in the same field
- CPA is a preference
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- With own laptop & stable internet connection at home
- Willing to report onsite, when needed (Chino Roces Ext.
Makati City)
- Competency with Oracle system and other accounting tools
- Basic data entry skills
- Comfortable with math and calculations
- Good listening and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
- Willingness to work long hours, when necessary
- Able to work closely with others in a team environment
- Able to work independently, self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

This is aligned with the mandate to provide accurate financial statements based on past periodic, quarterly and annual financial performance.
We are currently giving focus on completing all our automation requirements.
We believe that automation in finance plays an important role for QuadX and is a key driver for moving the company forward.
