Job Scope
- Accounts Payable Entry
- Accounts Receivable Entry
- Un/Conditional Waivers and Releases
- Statement Reconciliation
- Monthly Compliance Reports
- Will work closely with vendors and constant communication with clients
- Self-Starter

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of construction accounting practices
- Strong understanding of the AP and AR process
- Ability to innovate and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable with US markets
- Ability to innovate and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- College degree in the field of service
- Excellent command of the English language - oral and written
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- Working hours Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm, Pacific Standard Time
