Job Responsibilities:
? Receiving all marketing related activities claims from the branch
? Ensuring that all marketing claims are properly documented with Sales and Operations Department
? Preparing and clearing all marketing claims with Account Receivables in the system
? Aligning the Marketing Budget Program, Accrual and Actual Expenses with Finance and Accounting and Marketing Departments for a proper end-to-end claim process.
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or related field
? Proven experience in accounts receivable process as well as marketing process
? Hands-on experience in FMCG companies at least 1-2 years
? Ability to travel as needed
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
