Job Description:
Ensure that verification tasks are being done timely and accurately Handle payment verification and/or application based on approval request Ensure that delegated accounts for payment verification/application are processed on a timely and accurate manner Perpare verified accounts that need to be endorsed to Project Accounting for book adjustment Receives, records, and monitors all incoming and outgoing request from other units within and outside the Department Track status of the request with the concerned units/departments to ensure that final resolution and completion of the request is achieved Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year Business Course At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage Team-player, with great Customer service Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented Commitment to excellent customer service Ability to prioritize and manage multi-task Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
