A contract but it will be permanent (under payroll agency first and if there’s a headcount we will convert)
Key Areas of Responsibility
Accounting:
Prepare AP manual entries with knowledge on VAT, Deferred VAT, Withholding tax implication.
Prepare GL journal entries into manual accounting books.
General administrative duties such as file management, data entry and sorting of original invoices.
Some hands-on experience to managing loose - leaf accounting.
Office Management:
Single point of contact for all office/facility matters
Responsible for liaising with office facility, vendors and any matters related to office building
Working along with IT and Building Management on facility matters (Utilities, Security, Fire drill, etc.)
Answer phone calls and email correspondences
Provide administrative support to Senior Manager and team if necessary
Assist in preparation of quotations, invoices, Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders, when necessary
Perform other office admin duties as necessary
HR related:
New employee registration with local government unit (LGU) and liaising with these LGUs whenever require
Liaising with Medicare/Maxicare for employees’ medical reimbursement and probably with affiliated hospitals.
Liaising with DOLE in aspect of labour and employment requirement, certifications whenever required
Liaising for income tax returns requirements for employees when required
Coordinating employees’ leave management when required
Qualification / Experience
Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably also had experience handling HR processes
Proficient in Microsoft (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prior experience using SAP system would be a bonus
Possess good book keeping skills
