Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure financial compliance, and lead our accounting team in Antipolo.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in financial reporting and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
Ensure accurate financial reporting (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Maintain compliance with tax filings and statutory requirements
Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting policies
Coordinate with internal/external auditors
Oversee payroll processing and labor regulation compliance
Train and mentor accounting staff
Meet KPIs set by senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
