Preparing day to day bank transactions including deposit of check/cash collections, passbooks for update, check encashment & other bank transactions.
2.
Releasing of cash which includes check voucher encashment, 13th month, coop & other requests forwarded to me approved by the top management.
3.
Encoding of Security Guard benefits report (PHIC,HDMF & SSS) every end of month
4.
Prepares requirements needed for the renewal of License to operate with SOSIA.
5.
Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (Preferably Accountancy Graduate)
With 1yr.
experience in the related field
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Detailed and result oriented
