**Job Description and Responsibilities**:
- Assist with preparation of financial statements, schedule of accounts and other related reports
- Prepare monthly and quarterly tax report such as Value-added Tax Summary List of Sales and Purchase (SLSP), Quarterly Alphalist of Payee (QAP) and Summary Alphalist of Withholding Taxes (SAWT).
- Prepare monthly bank and cash on hand reconciliation and make adjusting entry for reconciling items.
- Maintaining entries on books of Accounts
- Monitoring and coordinating with Inventory Clerk for proper recording of In/Out of inventories
**Job Requirements**:
- **Graduate of BS-Accountancy**:
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties
- Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
