_Job Responsibilities: _
- Ensures accounting records are filed accordingly
- Ability to multitask, work successfully under pressure, effectively prioritize/manage time and workload.
- Maintains general ledgers, recording the status of various accounts and make sure that all the accounts are balanced.
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the system, maintains and updates lapsing schedule, and records entries in the system/books.
- Assist in providing timely response to all audit requests for information and documentation.

- **Fresh graduates are welcome to apply**:
- **Knowledge of an ERP/Large Accounting Package; SAP is a plus**:
- **Has excellent attention to detail and proven organizational skills.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:

- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
