**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Prepares and check all submitted PHIC requirements, LOA of HMO.
- Input into the system the coverage (amount) aps per LOA.
- Prepares patient's temporary bill if an HMO patient indicate the availability of LOA and if with PHIC.
Must attach a deposit slip form indicating the amount to be settled if necessary.
- Patient's round like distribution of temporary bill to the patient's room (receipt of the bill must be acknowledge by the relative).
- Responsible in explaining and giving details to the patient's relatives regarding the hospital's billing policy.
- To remind the submission of PHIC requirements if necessary.
- Act as billing receptionist.
- To follow up pending LOA.
- Responsible in the distribution of the final billing statement to the patients.
- Prepares summary of out-patient referral form and follow up the submitted summary of out-patient referral form for the check payment.
- Responsible in auditing the chart of discharged patients.

Minimum Education / Experience Required**:
- College degree in business administration major in accountancy.
With at least one year of related work experience.
- With at least one month training in hospital setting or in Accounting
- Amenable with shifting schedule / Nightshift schedule
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Valenzuela City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
