Job description
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the Admin Office for tasks
related to Accounting and Human Resources.
The Admin Support Officer's responsibilities include
communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office
equipment.
A successful Admin Support Officer should assist in ensuring the efficient and smooth
day-to-day operation of our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Check and reconcile reports
- Generate and double check payroll
- Summarizing tardiness and absences of employees
- Issuance of memorandum to employees
- Ensuring employees are compliant to the Employee Handbook
- Registration of monthly employee government benefits
- Provide general support to visitors
- Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits.
- Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
- Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.

Requirements and Skills
- Office experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.

**Salary**: From Php18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPA (preferred)
