**GENERAL INFORMATION**
Position: Accounting Staff
Department: Restaurant Group
Work Location: Feedmix - Pulilan
**II.
**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP**
Reports to: Accounting Manager
**III.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1.
Processing of payments to suppliers and service providers.
2.
Processing of sales invoice/monitoring of restaurant's daily sales in form of Z-readings.
3.
Accounting entries of transactions, postings, and maintenance of accounting books:
- Sales book
- Purchase book
- Cash receipts journal
- Cash disbursement journal
- General ledger
- General journal
4.
Process monthly accounting reports such as but not limited to:
- Monthly trial balance
- Cashflow reports
- Aging of Accounts Receivables
- Aging of Accounts Payables
5.
Preparation of Tax Forms and filing of Mandatory Tax Reports
6.
Monthly bank reconciliation
7.
Ad-hoc duties to be assigned by management
**IV.
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any business-related course
- Comfortable in dealing with numbers and processing of financial information
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)
- Proficient in English
- Result-driven
- Strong comprehension in oral and written communication

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
