Accounting Staff/Bookkeeper

Accounting Staff/Bookkeeper is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing, recording monitoring, filling, payments remittances and comply with relevant reporting requirements to all government's agency in an effective, efficient and accurate manner.
Duties and responsibilities:

- Verifies, audit, reconciles the correctness of all documents received of advances for liquidation reports to accounting manager regarding any discrepancies, doubtful or erroneous data noticed in the documents for proper corrective actions.
- Ensure that remittances are paid as per schedule and / or on the due date, filling and comply with reporting of all government mandatory requirements, payments, contribution and Loans such as withholding tax on compensation, expanded withholding tax, VAT, MAP, SAWT, SLRS, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig (HDMF) and to ensure remittances paid and filled as per schedule and/or on the due date.
- Execute entries for prepaid, depreciation, amortization and all other adjusting entry in the general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure that are properly, completely and accuracy recorded and post in the accounting books.
- Maintains historical records and see to it that all accounting files of Suppliers are updated and properly filed on their respective folder.
- Ensure that BIR 2307 is issued as per schedule to Lessee (Rental), Supplier, Service provider and all others and monitoring the returned of the receiving copy of the said documents.
- Issuance and Monitoring of Books of Account, Sales Invoice, Official Receipt and Collection Receipt.
- Recording or transfer of data to Head Office books of accounts (CR, CD, AP, GL).
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:

- College graduate, preferably with BSBC major in Accountancy or related background course
- At least 6 months relevant work experience

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
