Accounting Staff (Ar & Ap) - Gokitchen

Job Description:
1. Preparation of cash-flow forecasts, financial analysis and financial investigations

2. Implement AP procedures and policies to ensure controls, efficiencies, and adherence to company policies.

3. Interact with other departements, responding to questions and concerns.

4. Responsible full cycle of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay process and AR, AP reporting

5. Establishing and developing relationships with potential and current clients.

6. Support the finance function both inflow, outflow and administration

7. Day-to-day execution of client engagements
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Accountancy or finance.

2. At least 2 year(s) of relevant cumulative working experience in general accounting role, AR, AP (preferably in having experience in F&B industry) is required for this position, prior experience in Big 4 is an advantage.

3. Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.

4. Computer literacy and ability to manipulate large amounts of data, simply excel wizard.

5. Prior exposure to software such as SAP and Oracle.

6. Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.

7. Ability to work independently under the general guidance and with self-initiative.
