QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any business related course
- Experience working in Accounts Payable section of Accounting Department
- Good level of competence in excel and computerized accounting software (PEACHTREE knowledge is a plus).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pay vendors by verifying authenticity of supporting documents attached (ex.PO,DR/SI,Contracts) through Peachtree Accounting System of Manila, Cebu and Davao.
- Preparation of Accounts Payable Voucher and Check Voucher
- Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and request for cash advances.
