**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Accounting Specialists are responsible for managing all types of financial accounts within the organization.
They analyze information, maintain complete and accurate records, and assist with routine accounting duties.
As well as that, they process transactions, record, and communicate with the clients to assist with daily, monthly, and yearly accounting activities.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Keep an accurate record of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization.
- Using documents to verify, record, and process transactions.
- File documents for efficient retrieval.
- Keeps records accurate and complete.
- Responsible on daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare and make bank deposits.
- Assist with preparation for annual audits.
- Answer questions and concerns regarding transactions within the assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Follow internal accounting procedures and policies to ensure financial security is maintained
- Maintain accounts by recording, identifying, and verifying financial transactions
- Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial report.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**

**1.
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
**2.
**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation.
- Should be organized and detail-oriented.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer and Internet proficiency are important.
- Must be able to work well independently but always think to work on a team.
- Accountable, strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Analytical and able to think out of the box solution for a problem or issues that may encounter.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable to constant changes.
**3.
**Experience**:

- Less than one year of experience in Accounting is preferred.
- Fresh graduates may be accepted

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
