Job Description
We are looking for Accounting Specialist to assist in the daily activities of the Accounting Department
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing billing invoices and Statement of Account to customers
• Handles all invoices and billing statements for all internal and external suppliers
• Handles petty cash
• Receives, validates and Summarizes request for payments and liquidation documents
• Monitors and follow-ups liquidation of outstanding advances
• Prepare disbursement voucher for all approved payment request
• Summarize expenses and prepares BIR form 2307 for all assigned suppliers
• Maintain proper and accurate filing of all company documents relevant to Accounting Department in hard copy or digital files
• Assist in account reconciliation in a monthly basis
• Assisting the Accounting Head.
• Other accounting related duties and responsibilities
• Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field but fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
• With CPA License is a plus but not required
• Strong analytic and accounting skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
• Willing to work in San Juan City
