Accounting Personnel

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
2. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
3. Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
4. Assist in the compilation of information for the Company’s annual tax returns
5. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
6. Process check requests
7. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to travel
• Strong communication and organizational skill
• Willing to be assigned in Binondo Manila
