Job Description:
In order to ensure financial and operating reports (Incl. Flash, Dexcom, SRS) are accurately prepared, our company groups, PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk. is currently searching for Accounting Manager that will be based in IKEA Alam Sutera. This position will be working with the Finance Manager (incl his team members) to liase with the support groups in Finance & Accounting Dept, e.g: Inventory, Fixed Assets, AR, admin MD and buying income, General ledger,etc.
Duties and Responsibilities Ensures that accounting records of the Company’s transactions are up to date and accurate including its integration, which are performed through analysis and necessary reconciliations. Contributes to the present and future needs of the organization in maximizing productivity & efficiency, by identifying and implementing new IT solutions and system enhancement to existing systems for Accounting without disregarding Internal Control procedure. Ensures that internal control procedures and company’s policies are adhered to by all concerned. Ensures effective management of the organization’s information by providing accurate and timely information on an on-going basis for performance evaluation to support decision-making efforts, as well as data source for review by auditors, corporate and external. Ensures that the year end, mid year and quarterly Financial reports are established in accordance with PSAK, Tax purposes and Pasar Modal. Ensures accurate, smooth and efficient flow of information among departments, by maintaining an effective and coordinated communication system. Arranges and controls respective operational budget for a specified period, which is in line with work programme agreed by Management Arranges and implements the archives system properly and efficiently for all accounting records including supporting documents, ledger and all generated reports. Accountable for all Company’s assets that are physically available in the locations of Accounting. Develops and coaches team members in understanding systems and processes and reports, to achieve a highly competent and result-oriented team in order to contribute effectively to the business Responsible for the Operational Accounting Functions, prepare and interpret all general financial statements including the preparation of the quarterly and annual reports for mailing to Government Institution (JSE, BAPEPAM) and to stockholders Administers the Accounting practices throughout the organization to ensure that financial and operating reports (Incl. Flash, Dexcom, SRS) are accurately prepared. To effectively manage the Accounting management function, projects and processes, which are fundamental to suport and improve the business, in the achievement of the organization’s financial objectives – sustainable productivity, sales, profit, buying income Minimum Qualifications:
At least bachelor degree in Accountancy. At least 4 – 6 years broad based accounting and business background, with strong demonstrated performance of “getting the job done”. String project management, accounting skills, leadership and people skills. Thorough understanding of Accounting, information systems and business fundamentals, business strategies, direction and goals. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously in highly pressured situation & consistently meet tight deadline schedules Highly skilled in Windows OS and Microsoft Office expert. Proficient in English both oral and written Good Knowledge of:
Retail business operation PSAK (Pedoman Standard Akuntansi Indonesia) Indonesia Tax Regulations Capital Market Regulations. Knowledge of Navision ERP an advantage Discipline
