Accounting Manager

Job Description:
Provide accounting support for the Company's new product or business initiatives Ensure timely and accurate Month, Quarter and Year-End Closing and Reporting Perform Intercompany Reconciliation Review Sub General Ledger (Such as Fixed Asset Module and Schedules, Inventory Schedule, Receivable Schedule, etc) Prepare Group accounting policy Regularly produce financial reports or statements Assist in preparing the annual audit packages Coordinate and complete annual audits Develop consolidation reporting package and prepare the consolidated financial statements. Assist in due diligence process Works closely to finance system team to develop new accounting systems Contribute to the continuous improvement of process participate in ad-hoc projects Minimum Qualifications:
BS degree in Accounting Experienced in big4 accounting firm at least 3 years Experienced with SAP Strong sense of ownership Ability to multi-task Ability to meet assigned deadlines, with excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills. Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Fluent in Bahasa and English
