Accounting Intern

Job Description:
Keep track of Sales Invoice and monitors completeness of documents returned; Assist inbound calls; Assist in encoding and updating of cash and check payments log book; Aid in follow-up payment of due accounts; Record and organize active files (office documents); Record Delivery Receipt (DR) to its respective Collection Jackets; Assist in issuing if receipts (AR/CR) for pickup items; Assist in counter-checking of monitoring for DR returns; Conduct credit investigation on new clients; and Perform other tasks that may be asked by the immediate superior Minimum Qualifications:
Currently taking a Bachelor’s/ College on Accountancy or Business Administrative Major in Finance or equivalent ; Good Interpersonal and customer relation skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Strong Business Acumen, focused and results oriented;
