College Graduate in BS Administration major in Accountancy or BS Accountancy of equivalentAt least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in any related field construction firm is required for this position. Description: Prepare/Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.Prepare Petty cash Vouchers, Check Vouchers, Billing Statement, Incoming Vouchers and others.End to end payroll processing.Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.Substantiates financial transactions by internal auditing documents and coordinate with external accountant.Monitoring accounting controls by preparing forecast reports and coordinates with administrationContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.Perform other accounting-related task.
