Accounting Head/Supervisor

To execute the daily financial close process steps on a timely basis for one or more ledger
Prepares monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations, interaction with other departments and other duties as necessary
Accurate and timely submission of monthly report to Head Office Financial reports
Prepares the monthly analysis report · Maintain Subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transaction
Assist in preparations of Audit request and other projects as deemed necessary
Oversee the effective and efficient finance administration of the organization
Coach, train and guide staffs to ensure proper execution of assigned tasks
Participate in all company activities such as but not limited to seminars, training, outgoing, etc.
Adhere to rules and regulation set by the Company and ensure confidentiality of all transaction entered into at all times
Cash Flow Analysis – Review monthly budget of the Company as a whole
Support and execute the company initiative in digitalization

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be an Accounting graduate, CPA is an advantage.
Preferably with 2 years to 5 years relevant experience with an Ecommerce Industry
Strong analytical and data management skills
Ability to analyze complex financial entries
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
Keen to details and result oriented · Must be tech savvy and familiar with accounting systems
Experienced in payment gateway is an advantage
Willing to work on Saturdays
